He gave apostles ... prophets ... evangelists ... pastors ... and teachers

The purpose of Harvest Christian Church, as gifted by the Lord Jesus Christ, is

for the perfecting of the saints

to provide a place for people to be evangelized, equipped, established, and empowered

for the work of the ministry

so that they may be released in effective ministry teams

for the edifying of the body of Christ

in order to impart unto, build up, and strengthen the church, locally and universally,

till we all come in the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God

so that the church becomes mutually encouraged and established in faith and knowledge

unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ

able to fully reflect the Presence and Glory of God.
